  The people who work at this bank are very kind and sweet. Seriously the best customer service I have ever received from a bank. They are also very efficient and seem to personally care about their clients. I think it's really hard to find service and employees like that nowadays. Glad to have found it.

  Very nice manager and staff. Always helpful. My only suggestion would be to put the deposit and withdrawl slips in the canisters so we don't have to send the canister to you to get one each time. I really like this bank and am keeping it.

  This first mid bank & trust is the worst. They have awful customer service and are always rude. I always spend at least 10 mins AT the window in the drive. Today she ended up giving me the wrong amount of money, thankfully I always check before I drive off. But it was a hassle just to get her to understand she gave me the incorrect amount of money. This location truly needs new staff and better management.

  I've been a First Mid customer for years and have appreciated their customer service and support. I know they've mentioned moving from this location, but I look forward to their continued service. I've had fraud problems, lost cards, you name it. They were always quick to address it and fix the situation. Waiting on the new card to come in was a pain, but I have never been dissatisfied by their service.

  Gary and all the other staff here are always very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend First Bank & Trust to anyone looking for a bank where they remember your name and greet you with a genuine smile!
