  The Lake St Louis location is by far the BEST! I’m a “Raving Fan” of their team. They have gone above and beyond to help myself and my daughter countless times.   My realtor recommended this bank for our mortgage loan. We were first time home buyers and I must say the process and experience for us exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this bank to anyone. First of all, the program they have for first time home buyers/home buyers, is the best I have found in Saint Louis. You can qualify for up to $7500 in down payment/closing cost. My husband and I qualified for the full amount which was a blessing. The course was online and very informative for the home buying process. I would recommend the course even if you do not qualify or need the funds. Secondly, they have a flat rate for closing cost so you don't have to worry about junk fees on their end.Dave Eads, our loan advisor, was very experienced and worked diligently to get us the lowest rate possible for our conventional loan. He was very professional and caring as he kept me encouraged through the process. The entire process was done through email and fax so we did not get the privilege to meet him until our closing date. To top things off, we received an gift of appreciation for allowing them to serve us and congratulated us on our home purchase. Providence Bank, sorry this review is a few months past due but we want to thank you for making our first time buying a home a pleasant experience. With great appreciation, The Mitchell Family.

  This morning I called and had some questions concerning CD rates. Missy was kind, professional and patient in answering all of my questions. It was so nice to call a bank and have a person answer the phone and be so willing to help. We will definitely be using Providence Bank for our banking needs.

  My brother just moved back to the area from WI. He had a business there. Lynn spent over an hour getting him set up with a new account here for both his business and personal. She helped me to set up my business account as well. Her customer service is outstanding and I would recommend Providence in Lake St. Louis to anyone!
