  I have known Greg and his wonderful team for several years. In this life you go thru different paths and meet different people, needless to say, there are good one's bad ones and then they are the ones that will be kept for life. I would like to give this review a sole testimony of my great relationship that I have with Fairway loans and with Greg Ulrich team. There may be a few choices out there for conducting mortgage transactions and basically put you in a home, but...there are very few people that look at your best interest as client and also to make sure that you will get the best service, rates and even a great financial advise from Greg. For many years Real Estate investor, you need someone that can help you decide what is the best finance instrument to cover not just a good cash flow but more important the certainty that your loan will close seamless and will get funded to capture the investment opportunity. With Gregs help not only I had capitalized very good investments and refinances but also made a friend for life. My situation is different than perhaps many that of you, I am active duty service member that is constantly traveling overseas and is difficult to make some of the transactions that I had done in the past. For me, TRUST means everything, dedication and a honest opinion and perhaps when sometimes impulsively make decisions he is always there as the battle buddy to guide me and best advises me on several big decisions on my financial future. I made probably a dozen home loans with him ranging from purchasing, refinancing etc and always, always him and his team had delivered results above and beyond. Many years I started with my first investment home, being financed by a large financial institution, after years of maturity and experience nothing beats the friendly service and personalized attention that Greg and his team provide. I recommended many of my service members transitioning from the military and want to have the American dream of owning a home and no one comes first on my mind but Greg Ulrich at Fairway loans, he makes an extraordinary effort to guide you on credit improvement strategies, financial options and even grow your investment portfolio like in my own experience. I seldom put comments on Facebook or other social media channels but this time is worth recognizing that since I met Greg and his team had made not just a great service for my financial needs but the most important made my future sound for myself and my family. Greg became a trusted friend of mine for the above mention reasons but also when I go back to Texas is nice to know that someone can meet you and have a nice dinner like a family member, that someone has your best interest in mind, that ethics, trust, and transparency is the motto of his business operations. Last three months we refinanced five investment properties, Kristi Staton and Greg made the process seamless. I truly hope that this honest review made an impact on your decision for choosing the best on customer care, friendliness and the one that will deliver results not just promises.
