  Posted on Google and on the doors closing time is 6pm but I'm in the lobby at 5:05pm and they're telling me to get out because they're closed??

  Hi Joe, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we are very sorry the hours were incorrect on Google. The hours changed at this location toward the end of last year and were not updated on Google, but they have now been updated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope we have not lost you as a customer.

  The manager is rude and has an elitist attitude. She won't listen to what her customers tell her, nor does she care. First Mid has some great employees company wide but this bank in particular is ruining it for the whole chain of First Mid customers (or potential customers).

  This is my favorite location because they have the most convenient hours for somebody that works 8-5. They're always open one hour later through the week, and two hours later on Saturday's, than any other location in or around Champaign.
