  Been an account holder with them for nearly 2 or 3 years. I admit I rarely use their sites, but the app is great for my needs and usage. I've gotten personal loans through them, and they were very formal and generous to assist with building credit history. Keep it up!

  More than one location is apparently profiling people/discriminating. Tellers are loudly & rudely denying service in spite of the deposits being legal & within bank policy. I've been an account holder for forty years & this past year I've been treated as if I'm attempting to defraud the bank. Only thing that's changed is I'm now accompanied by my fiance who happens to be an incredible portrait artist who doesn't change clothes to go in the bank. Very disappointing & embarrassing experiences. All transactions ultimately went through because the tellers were incorrect & COULD process the deposit as requested. Why do I know policy better than the tellers?

  I have not had any problems with this bank. They are open at one place or another 7 days .The fraud alert center has stopped money being taken. I am very satisfied with this bank.

  It's messed up that during this pandemic when most people are hurting for money they are still charging a fee to cash a check if you don't have an account. I hope the next time they need help they don't get a bail out. They are just greedy!

  I called 10 minutes before closing time as I needed the online banking department and no one answered. I kept listening to the automated system telling me that my wait time was less and 1 minute. Well, 10 mins later I still wasn't able to speak to anyone. Now I have to wait until Monday!
