  I have had Eric Dezee for my insurance agent for many years. I have complete trust in him. He knows insurance very well. He has the correct coverage for any and all my needs. As I have grown my business, Eric has insight to what was best for me. If he can’t give me the best product or price. He will tell me. He is honest. He has shown great character and integrity.

  I have used James and Sons and Marty Eich for many years for my personal and business insurance needs and they have been great. Marty goes above and beyond when it comes to service and has been a tremendous help during times when a claim needed handled. He is very knowledgeable in the various aspects of insurance and does a thorough job in making sure that you have the coverages that you need to protect yourself and your company. Highly Recommend.

  Fantastic customer service! Janette Cole provides my family with great no hassle coverage at better prices than we can obtain on our own!!! We started by having Janette Cole write a simple auto policy for us years ago and have since intrusted Janette with our automotive, cargo trailer, RV travel trailer, and recently our home owners policy!

  Best insurance company I’ve ever delt with! I used to be with Nationwide. They had an “error” with their computer system which canceled my automated payments. After my first delinquent payment (due to their “error”), they dropped my auto insurance without informing me. When I called in to clarify, they told me they couldn’t give me my home and auto bundle discount! The company where I work uses James & Sons and recommend them to me. Not only was there way less red tape but my agent Adam beat the original bundle price I had to work up to with my former agency! Love these guys!!!

  Allen Steinhauser has been fabulous. He has been attentive and understanding. To to it all of he actually keeps his word. When he says he will have a quote or call he really does. By far best agent we have ever had.
