  In a world of big corporate banks where you are just another account, First Independent Bank is a breath of fresh air. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Whenever we need something, routine or out of the ordinary, the staff is always eager to help. I would recommend this bank to anyone.   I have been with this bank and branch for over 20 years. Everyone is always helpful and willing to put in the extra effort. They are truly a RELATIONSHIP bank. Laura snd her staff are the best. I can say enough.

  Great Service, people who actually care about your needs. Whenever I needed something turned around quickly, they met all expectations. I have never had an issue with FIB and I have been banking them for over 25 years.

  I think my bank loves me. And that's an amazing feeling. Their service is so great that I can hardly believe it. Plus they're extremely professional and accurate. I'm not super wealthy, yet they still treat me like I truly matter to them. I definitely love First Independent Bank. Thank you for being a partner that I can always count on.

  I am a refugee from Wells Fargo Bank. First Independent Bank has treated me very well in the last decade. Thumbs up to Kathy Flemm and her staff. The HOA division do a great job also.

  Although they advertise great CD rates, their rates are typical for the area. However, I wanted to open an account because they offer reasonable interest on accounts for children. I suggest if you want to open an account there, you dress in your nicer clothes. They do seem to discriminate. They would not open an account for my children, claiming I am "not a member of the community" even though I own multiple properties, have many children enrolled in the local school district, provide local checking accounts and the like. Since these things clearly identify me as a member of the community even though my ID is not local, I have only to think they don't like the way I look.
