  The location is horrible, I literally feel like I’m going to get robbed every time I go there. I would fight the manager if I could get away with it without being arrested.

  I wanted to give this bank a chance because I believe in supporting small banks but this bank changed my mind, the branch is located in a rundown building with garbage all around the property, there is only one ATM which typically breaks down and since the other nearest branch is in Palmetto Bay you will be out of luck. Some small banks strive to get your business, First Horizon does not even try

  Absolute worst bank ever. The app sucks and for the longest they didn’t even have one, so you were blind to what your balance was on the fly. They had a regular working app but decided to create a new one but in the mean time we were left in the dark. Horrible hours what bank closes at 4 religiously Monday through Friday making it practically impossible to make deposits or do anything important regarding your account. It’s probably the worst bank if your a regular working class citizen. And even worse if you’re a business owner.

  Terrible location, look like a dump from the out side and get treated like it inside. They a funeral as a Neighboring business that is always up keeping, landscaping and grooming the property then you have this bank that doesn’t pick up the litter ( millions of deposit slips.) It’s very unfortunate that this branch hires new management instead of loyal workers that have been at the branch for many years.

  Poor customer service, they don’t want to work. So sad, will be closing my account after 20 years with bank. Go to Chase or Southgate, much better service.

  MY MOM WENT TO THIS BANK TO GET MONEY OFF DIRECT EXPRESS SO THE LADY AT THE WINDOW TOLD HER RUDLY WHY SHE JUST WANT GOE TO GET MONEY OUT OF ATM MY MOM REPLIED BECAUSE ATM CHARGE AN YOU'LL HAVE ACCOUNT WITH DIRECT EXPRESS PLUS YOU CLOSER TO MY HOUSE SO I WENT THE NEXT MONTH WITH MY MOM AGAIN SHE REPLIED EVERY MONTH YOU GUYS DO THIS WITH AN ATTITUDE SO I SPOKE UP FOR MY MOM BEING SHE'S 64 FRAGILE CHRISTIAN WOMEN SHE JUST LET HER SPEAK RUDLY SO I ASK CAN WE GET MONEY OFF DIRECT EXPRESS CARD SHE SAID YES SO I SAID THEN WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I ASK IS IT YOUR MONEY COMING OUT OF YOUR CHECK OR SOMETHING SHE SAID NO SO I TOLD HER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH SERVICE WITH A SMILE EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO AN THAT MY MOM DID NOTHING WRONG SO DON'T TREAT HER LIKE SHE DID AN TO RESPECT YOUR ELDERLY AN SHE JUST SHOOK HER HEAD AN FROWNED SO WE CALLED MANAGER AN HE BASICALLY SAID WELL YOU'LL DON'T HAVE ACCT SO THAT'S WHY MY WORKER RESPONDED LIKE THAT AN I SAID WELL WE DON'T NEED ACCT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD HE REPLIED THAT'S TRUE SO UM IS I'M MISSING ANYTHING AGAIN WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AGAIN I'M LOST SOUNDS LIKE DISCRIMINATION DIRECT EXPRESS HOLDERS ARE DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WHY ARE YOU NOT WANTING TO SERVICE THEM I REALLY GOT OFFENDED FOR HER IT'S JUST PURE DISRESPECTFUL ACTING IN THIS MANNER

  This Is the worst bank I ever had fair warning dont bank here they cost u more money then save u the lie n say they put ur money bank when have no business taking it from ur account the atm never work so u gotta drive all the way to pinecrest customers service is horrible they dont care charging 37 dollars over draft because the money u put in atm CASH doesn't get counted till next week this bank can seriously go 2 h***
