  Very friendly customer service. Open environment, make customer feel at home. Sad to see they are goi ng to get bought out by capital bank. Hopefully, they will have higher interest rate.

  Terrible customer service had a deposit that was in writing that was supposed to drop today. They magically said the hold didn’t expire to the 16th. They were very inconsiderate of my situation and shrugged it off like it was nothing when I’ve been a member for over 2 years now very poor service that is not the way you go about handling business. Never depositing anything again at this bank I’m very disappointed in their customer service it sucks customer needs come first at least have a little bit more compassion about your job.

  Been banking with these folks for over a year. Things had been going well until recently. They placed a 7 day hold on a check from a regular client of mine (they never had problems depositing them before). I have spoken with 5 different people, and they refuse to lift the hold. My client states that the funds cleared his account the day after I deposited it. I have bills to pay, and these folks could care less.

  One of the bank's customer service representatives, Ms Jessica, helped us get our account straightened out after unexpected charges were assessed. She is professional, knowledgeable, and above all courteous and understanding concerning our issue.

  This location is one of my favorites, they have helped me with work transactions and personal transactions for years. Everyone always takes care of me(I could name several previous employees from that location!), but I feel I must give a special shout out to Rose. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I am always in a better mood after leaving her station. Her enthusiasm and smile is so contagious! #proudcustomerof12years

  Poor customer service. It is easier to work with local banks that are more customer needs focused. Not a fan of the big bank experience.

  Indoor ATM is nice, when it isn't out of order. Friendly and helpful tellers. On site security is a plus.
