  Excellent service. if you need to open a business account this is the place to open an account, no monthly fees or minimum to keep. The bankers are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely move my personal accounts here soon. Very convenient location and lots of parking spaces.

  Great customer service provided by both bankers and tellers , they are always helpful and friendly. The wait is minimum and their fees are very reasonable even if you don’t have an account they will accommodate you.

  I went into the bank today to open a business account. The representative Was not friendly at all, and her knowledge of opening a business account was trouble. I felt like I was a criminal trying to open an account and get information. Iberia Bank needs to do a better job in cuss service and also hiring people friendly staff. Not going back!

  Tellers are wonderful and kind women..they are fast and accurate. However the parking for the bank is typically full of customers of clients from other floors, not the banka clients...even though above the parking it clearly says "Iberia client parking only". All the new added speed bumps are ridiculous...way too many unnecessary and consecutive bumps.
