  Super friendly people with Excellent customer service. They know what they are doing and Excel in that. Took my wife to open an account with them and had a great experience. We walked in and met the star banker - Kellie Hurst! She was welcoming, super friendly, great attitude and walked us through the process of opening a new account and in minutes (20 minutes or less) everything was completed! We have nothing but great things to say about our first experience. Totally hassle free, speedy service and great experience. All the institutes are built on intangible assets - People and this branch proves it right in every way! Highly recommend this branch and the bank!

  All the staff at this branch is always so welcoming and kind. Kellie Hurst was extremely helpful today helping me with a glitch I was having trying to pay a bill. Kellie provides 5 star customer service. I’m proud to say I’ve banked with First Tennessee since 2002 and still love them. I highly recommend this branch!

  I tried to use this bank and i watch my stuff unlike most of u and i promise they take 7 dollar rebates and dont return them. Im done with this bank and they so piss poor they can have wats in the account. I make way too much money to invest in a bank that cant protect my money. I own my own biz and i handle money better than then and i hate math!!! I ordered a card from them and they give me a flat card with a print of my numbers on it but they want to charge me to a bank card that has the indented numbers. Ive had enough and if they want biz, they go to the rich to steal from
