  This isn’t specific to this location but to First Horizon in general in regards to who can come in and who must use a drive thru. To walk up to the door and be told for just deposits that they are handling in the drive thru made no sense when no one was helping anyone inside. Unless there is some magical portal I travel through via the drive thru that makes the check I’m depositing accessible to me immediately versus having to wait 3-5 days for the check to clear is not customer driven. If I wanted non human interactions there are a few better options then brick mortar stores in the banking world. Can we all stop blaming this simply on coronavirus and more on saving $$$ but not passing on to our customers

  I went to First Tennessee today hoping to open a checking and savings account. As I sat in the waiting area, Mr. Thompkins approached me, greeted me and offered me a refreshing beverage. He then guided me to his desk and helped me open my new accounts. He was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. He answered all questions that I had and even provided me with information that I didn’t know about. I am now a happy customer of First Tennessee and I appreciate Mr. Thompkins very much and I highly recommend anyone to go see him!!! He’s AMAZING!!!!!

  Recently opened an account here, within 2 weeks they all know my name and even found out we were getting married and took the trouble to send us a card... Wow! What great service and attention to detail. Thoroughly recommend this branch.

  I love this bank.. if I call they knw my name when I walk in everyone greets you by name.. I had one situation I didnt like how it was handled but it want this location but overall it's the best since I been in Tennessee

  I have used this branch since it opened. I could not be more satisfied anywhere else. The personnel are not only professional and knowledgeable, they treat me like family. Five stars and a happy face!!!
