      I called this branch 3 separate times in regards to fraudulent activity associated with my bank account, and each time I called, I was told I'd be called back...I never received my call back. The employees working at this location don't seem to care about their accounts. In the meantime, my small business has been crippled by bank fraud, with my money sitting in limbo for over a week...still waiting for that call back...and my stolen money to be reimbursed...I won't hold my breath.

      Horrible branch. Heavy set teller Katherine loves to give customers a hard time. Won’t be returning to this branch ever again and I always advise my friends and family to never bank with Iberia.

      Says drive thru is open on Saturday 9am-12pm. I go there at 9:30am theres no one there.
