  Arlene Dean was spectacular to work with. The process was easy, the rate was good and the whole process was orchestrated and seemless. I even pump faked her one time while sorting through my divorce and she hung in there with me. Nothing but prompt, friendly and professional.

  I had a wonderful experience with first home mortgage. They made things easy and smooth. The type of loan I received had a lot of parts needed for approval but essentially Wes Wilkes and his team were able to get me into the home of my dreams. Wes and his team are amazing and helped guide me through every step of the way.I highly recommend first home mortgage, And I highly recommend working with Wes they get the job done. kudos

  Avoid Wesley Wilkes unless you really enjoy stress. This guy just doesn’t care. I’m really confused by the good reviews he has but maybe that was before he got complacent. I realize we bought The lack of communication was ongoing throughout the whole process. He told me he’d send a copy of my husband’s credit report to us “as soon as he was in front of a computer” and he never did. We finally closed on the house and I sent my first mortgage payment to the address the gave me. The same day the payment went out I got a letter from them telling me to mail my payment to a different address.
