  Rebecca is amazing and was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer, she explained and broke down every step, including why I was approved for the amount that I was. She is also incredibly responsive. Whenever I sent her an email or text she would respond quickly. I think the most I ever had to wait to hear back from her was maybe a matter of a few hours or so. You will never have to wait wondering what is going on in the background if you work with Rebecca, she will keep you well informed. Finally, Rebecca made sure I had all my ducks in a row and any necessary documents uploaded to ensure speedy loan approval and to close on time (which I did). Thank you, Rebecca!

  I cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been with Cornerstone Home Lending! My Fiance and I just bought a house, and with it being my first time purchasing a home, Steve Combs and his team (Mickey and Haley) made me feel like I have done it over and over again. The process was so EASY, with NO hiccups along the way. The analysis tools that Steve uses are top of the line and I felt like I was in complete control of the process the entire time. I greatly appreciate the time and dedication that Steve and his team provided, during and after work hours. They were always available to talk about possible scenarios and never made my calls feel as if they were an inconvenience.   I found the personnel at Cornerstone to be client oriented. They spent quite a bit of time working on my case and solving some problems that had nothing to do with the actual mortgage, but in the long run made the mortgage process go more smoothly. Rebecca Stevenson was my main contact and I felt that she had a great personal interest in helping me and making the experience worry free. I can highly recommend this team and company.
