  I'm not sure where to start, Cassia Roxas guided us through the entire transaction without a hiccup! It has been 18 years since our previous mortgage, but this one was a little different being self-employed this time. A few more documents were required but it when so smooth and a little hand holding went a long way!!! I believe she choose the perfect time to lock in our rate.   I'm first time home buyer. I was already working with another Mortgage company. I happened to talk to Craig Amrhein - Not only, he gave better rate than any other 6 mortgage companies i spoke to - he and his team worked during the weekend to get ready to close with a 5 business days. Craig and his team are Hard working, Honest, which are rare to find these day. If you are looking for a house loan, I def recommend Craig & Frist Home bank.

  Craig Amrhein is probably one of the most calm, cool, collective person I have ever dealt with. I am a first time home buyer and was completely scared. My husband and I had spoken to other mortgage brokers/lenders but no one made us feel at ease like Craig did. We probably had almost every worst case scenario happen to us that you could imagine, but Craig held our hand and helped us through it ALL! Between countless emails, text messages, phone calls, etc he was always there and willing to answer all my ridiculous questions! We are scheduled to close this week coming and we cannot thank Craig enough for getting us through this process! Highly recommend 100%! Thanks Craig and First home bank!
