I contacted Lee and knew immediate that i would be in good hands. He listened, advised, and moved me forward in the process of purchasing my house.   Great experience. Lee was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and able to come up with the right program and rate to suit my needs. We consolidated two mortgages into one, reduced the rate, and reduced my monthly payment by $300. Well worth it.

  First of all; I would say "Charlie" is the best lender you could work with ever. Charlie and The First Heritage Mortgage extremely responsive, professional service, great rates. I've used them for my mortgage , it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I especially appreciate their responsiveness to emails. They were also able to answer all my questions and concerns and explain things over the phone.

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about Lee Sansom and everyone I dealt with a First Heritage. I am a first time home buyer and Lee walked me through every step of the process, what my options were and the pros and cons of each. I dealt with three people - Lee, Daniel the junior loan officer and Kelley, the coordinator. I was not passed from person to person and they were all were readily available via phone, text, or email. They all went out of their way to ensure I was super comfortable with each step in the process. Another key feature is that he would reach out to me not just wait for me to contact them. They treated me as a friend and not just another transaction. From pre-approval to closing was less than four months - with most of that time being used to find the perfect house. Will not use anyone else going forward.
