  Predatory lender sent me a credit app; I never applied, and not sure how they got my mailing information. Not falling for it!

  Do not use this place. They will harass your whole family if you miss even one payment. They will call family you don't even know. They will stalk you and find people you talk to. Definitely some crazy people running this place. Mckenzie and April will harass you and call you several times daily. Doesn't matter of you tell them you are going to pay it all off in full they will stalk you and call you until you go insane. Super unprofessional people.

  i took a loan out with these people over a year ago , i had been making my payments every month even when i was late i still payed the late fee with no problem. Last month I had unexpected vehicle issues that required more financial attention than making my payment when it came due, unfortunately i got behind and my balance owned doubled. They were not the only business that was effected by this however, they were the only ones that were harassing me 6 times a day.I ended up getting help with consolidating some of my monthly bills to help me get back on track all i had to do was call around and get my total payouts on certain accounts, when i called i spoke with a lady who went by the name of emily or something like that anyway i told her i wanted to know my total payout and after she tells me she then proceeds to demand a payment after me telling her i only had 20.00 to my name until i got paid and that i had been having issues with my vehicle. She then calls herself chastising me like i was a child saying and i quote: well when we did the loan you knew the terms, so whats the reason again that you couldn't make your payment?. I wanted to cuss her out for disrespecting me as a paying customer after i had already told her in the beginning and yet again she still said :we still a payment of at least 60.00 today so that we can update our system. I told her once i again i just had 20.00 and that i had to use that for gas to get to work so i can provide for my kids. I told her she would be getting a payment within the next day or so and hung up. Thank god for CJ Woods and Michela at Mariner Finance for helping me consolidate my payments so that i was able to get rid of them once and for all, I will NEVER in life use them again and I will discourage anybody who asks from doing business with them so that the same thing doesn't happen to them.

  Wish I could Give these zero stars. Bought furniture at Ashley and used these guys as a finance option. Used their same as cash option. Paid it from 3800 down to 250 dollars on the loan. My same as cash option expired, I thought no big deal, they will just be charging interest on the remaining 250 dollars. Nope, found out my balance is back up to 900 dollars, because they tacked on all the interest for the total loan. Yeah I get It, I’m sure it’s in the paper work somewhere. But I’m super frustrated when I call To pay the remaining balance off and missed it by a month and now I’m back up to 900 dollars. At least I’ll know to never take out a loan with these guys again

  My girlfriend took out a loan just to help her credit. She was injured and has no income. Talked to them on a regular basis. She promised to start making payments as soon as the doctor releases her to work. Then without notice she gets a subpoena causing the bill to double. I offered to pay the bill off in full for her and add an extra 120.00 for their trouble. They refused the offer. They do not care about helping people. They could of called before getting lawyers involved. Or told her during their weekly conversations. Do not use these people

  Terrible company. Please go to Credit Central or Citizens. They are in that same plaza. They work with you at the other companies. Also, if you want to be demonized and lied on feel free to go to this place. They don't record phone calls when they call you so if they are harassing you, please record them so you can cover your tail. They will get very rude on the phone with you, and once you get rude back, they are screaming lies on you to Police. Thou shall not lie, and they did just that today. God bless. Stay far away. I let my friends and family know what went on today so they are all well aware of the situation. Another police report was filled out as well because they do have my address and I do not want them on my property.

  -0 STARS. Oh, my God. NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM. I don't know where to start. They sent me a check in the mail a few months ago and the only reason I cash it was because my sister wasn't working and I didn't want to loan my money out. Long story short I went months without missing a payment. I had a job change recently which prevented me paying my bills on time which made me fall behind a bit. A lady by the name of Jennifer called me and was very nosey and very personal. The first few times I let it slide, but today I wanted to meet her since I had never been in the building. We went back and forth on the phone, and I said I was going to come up there and we can talk about it like adults because she was very rude on the phone. She hung up on me I called back, and I said I would be there in 5 mins, I wanted to see if she would be this rude in person because she was soo rude on the phone. She said if I came she would call the police and tell them I threatened her. I arrived, and doors were locked because it was after 5:30 so I'm thinking, a black guy in the parking lot with the door locked and she claims I "threatened" her, not a good look. So I called the police myself, and they said no officers had been dispatched to that location that I was the first to call. Long story short she and her employees stated that I said I was going to "kick her ass" which never came out my mouth, lord I wish the calls were recorded because she and her co-workers would have looked silly lying on me. Cops said I couldn't come back on the property, not as I would ever deal with these guys again anyway, so they are doing me a favor. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never get a Loan from these people, they will not work with you, very rude and un professional. I am a college student on a budget, and they don't care. They want their money. Do your self a favor and go to credit central up the street, they are nice, and they work with you. God bless. Cops pretty much sided with them; I was out numbered of course.

  Awful. Rude. Threatening. Went from zero to 10 with threats in like 5 seconds. I've paid off two loans with them no problem but will not be doing it again. Don't deal with them. Go to Tennessee valley. Or a really bank. There not worth it.

  This is a awful place to get a loan. The people are totally rude. They harass you all the time. They reveal private information to people have no right too. I would definitely not recommend this company for a loan to anyone. Stay clear!
