  This place is pure BS. My payment is 1/3 my loan yet everytime I ask how much of payment goes toward principal I am told they can't see that info and that a manager will call me back with it and guess what.... NO CALL BACK. IMAGINE THAT! Of the last 3 payments I made (which is considerable) my balance barely lowers. I would stay away from here! I paid a huge chunk towards my balance at one time yet my payment stayed the same. How is that? I will say most of the staff have been nice enough but I would stay away! Also read ALL papers you sign. They knew I was in a hurry and they added 1.Road side service(for a loan really)? 2.Some kind of insurance(do not remember what is was). I did not ask for any of that. Also was supposed to be reimbursed for what I did pay for that and nothing. READ ALL PRINT!!

  Friendly staff through all of my experiences so far. Does not offer a auto withdrawal or payment setup. You have to either call, pay online, or go into the branch each month to make a payment. They also do not offer reminders or payment booklets. Wish there were more convenient options to make my payment.

  Last resort to borrow money. Have been advised by our bank loan officer NOT to borrow money from such sub-par lenders as it has a negative effect on credit. Would never borrow from them. Borrower beware! Wont let you post review without giving at least one star. That should tell you something right there.

  I would give them Zero stars but I have to give them one to write this. After talking to someone on the phone about pay off and not being able to come in because my son is it Vanderbilt because of a seizure I am now being charged over $500 in interest because of the late payment. I did discuss with them how I need to come on a later date. I set up that date and it was agreed-upon by an employee.

  Beware They give u 12 months same as cash but expect u to know and Remember the date it started!I have always received a statement from any other place stating promo period was ending.They just let it run out then tack all charges on!District dupery refuses to return calls

  Excellent service!! Friendly and humourous staff! Great people to deal with!! They helped me get a loan when other companies wouldn't!!!
