      They have horrible customer service They could care less about their customers even if you have done business with them for years. Very unprofessional people. They do not know what they are doing and will mess your loan up and charge you way more than what you even owe.

      Horrible customer service, they dont know how to read account note before they call people and lord knows they lie through their teeth. Even with us making our monthly payments, ni got upset with them because they continue to call daily and I suppose they thought they would make me pay for getting ugly with them so they put a judgement on me and when I got done they had to pay it of pocket to go have it dropped. And the manager Kristy and her group are no longer allowed to handle my account or talk to me. Only the district manager is handling us know and she is super nice but Kristy and her group in west monroe are horrible and liars... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT...
