  I seriously doubt these people have a lg. amount of customers. That place sucks along with the service you receive... Unbelievable!! I won't be a customer!!

  I just can’t Take banking with First guarantee anymore it seems like capital one, first bank and trust and a few other banks especially big banks like Chase have incredibly responsive apps that allow you to do all your banking online as well as check your accounts through the app. The difference is night and day compared to these old antiquated banks like Whitney and first guaranty. You can’t even use their ATM to deposit cash or PayPal money you receive won’t be in your account for days

  Very poor customer service. I went in to discuss a loan on my vehicle and after emailing all my information and even going in to the bank, I never heard back. I will never recommend this bank for anything nor will I ever do business with them again. I wasted valuable time on a time sensitive loan. Thankfully I got excellent customer service elsewhere.

  Charged me twice for something I didn’t buy twice then tries to charge an overdraft fee on top of that for their mistake when I had the money for the original charge. Then I hold my money in limbo land till late correct their own issue

  They have a brand new app that performs the same task as other large bank apps. Overall good bank and extremely nice workers.
