  If you are looking for a bank with service and knowledgeable staff this should not be your choice. ATMs without cash during business hours..debit cards shut down without notice because it was not used in three weeks...unable to cash a company check. Can't even give you an ink pen in drive in to endorse checks. Closed my account losing the cost of printed checks and closed my account after 2 months and error after error

  The tellers are great but the bank Manager is clearly not qualified to manage anything. I witnessed her “lose her marbles” when she lost her keys to bank vault. She started blaming everyone and was very rude and impulsive. Her name is Danielle, she’s classless. I won’t be back after especially after how she acted in front of my daughters. I hope the bank can hire better people in the future. Maybe her employer knows she’s useless so they hide her In Ave Maria, where there no business.

  10/10 banking experience. Incredibly friendly/helpful/competent staff, you can tell they care. I use this bank for simple personal banking and could not be happier with their services. It is so convenient to have them in town!

  The staff at the Ave Maria Office of FFIB is wonderful! Friendly, completely knowledgeable, and go out of their way to provide great service. I highly recommend banking with them. They are my primary financial institution besides being local and convenient.

  I agree with what John said. Danielle is rude. I just called to set up a checking account over the phone and when I stated "you spoke with my dad a few weeks ago about setting up a student account" She asked " what is his name" I gave the name and her response was VERY inmature! "I guess, I don't know" all said with attitude. So unnecessary and very unprofessional.
