  Absolutely amazing! this BOA was freaked out because I walked in without a mask. wouldn't help me until I donned a mask but the drive thru was closed! I say that to say this... as I opened the door to this BANK I was almost knocked over by the smell of mold and/or mildew.. as someone who has breathing problems & struggles with wearing a mask, I couldn't decide which was worse... the insult that I'm descriminated against having breathing issues OR the headache I walked out with after 5 minutes of stale sick air! holy moly.. what the hell has happened to Bank of America!

  I love banking at this location. The customers are treated with respect. Everyone is very helpful. Every Employee is knowledgeable, courteous, caring and helps you understand everything you need to know about banking. They explains things like no one else does. When I walk into the bank and I see them smile at every customer and greet them , I smile. I know that they will do everything in their power for things to work right. Thank You Bank of America

  Got to this location a few minutes before closing and desperately needed money out of my CD account which takes about ten minutes. There were about five other people there and I was told that they were closed and that they could not help me. I told them I needed the money and I had to work the next day and since they close at 4 I wouldn't be able to make it and she smiled at me and said, "Have a nice day" I am moving my money to a bank that is open to 6pm at lest and there are several now. Chase has locations open until 7PM and TD has locations open until 8PM..... come on BOA closing at 4pm is insane!

  Wish they were open Saturday because they close @4 during the week. They "paused" my account as I made an investment with someone else. They did it twice. Fraud they said. Had to make an Appt a week later to re open acct. Told them that I should be the one to tell them that it could be fraud, not them telling me!!!!! Banksters of America. Do not start an account with BOA. THEY ARE NOT YOUR TO FRIEND.

  Best customer service, the employees are amazing (Aurora,Maria and Oscar) are very friendly and helpful ive been banking with this bank for 15yrs and highly recommended it.

  Had an appointment at 1:30 they didn’t get to me until 1:40 I even arrived 5 mins earlier for them to have time.

  I'm in the area from another state. I do not have a Bank of America account (not in my home area). I got cash from the ATM and then went inside to exchange for quarters for laundry. They would not exchange the $20 I got from their ATM because I did not have an account. Suggested I try stores in the area.

  Great Service ask for Alice El Lakkis she's amazing always that I need clearing some doubts I don't hesitate for making an appointment gor her or one of the female clerks might be my only experience but I don't get along with the guys who are clerks, but everything else love it

  Friday’s are horrible after 6pm I took pictures of folks waiting in the atm line and the drive up folks were waiting.. I can’t believe such a big bank like Bank of America can’t help out the evening crowd.. We are a small town but still deserve to be treated like everyone else.. Why can’t this branch accommodate the folks that work late.
