  This is a long overdue review of this company. First Florida Lending tirelessly worked with me and my difficult situation to secure a lender and close on a beautiful home. I worked closely with Grace who was very thorough and truly looked out for my best interest. I felt as if I was treated like family rather than just another number or customer. They are also very supportive of Military Veterans as I am one myself. I cannot thank First Florida Lending enough for what they’ve done for me and my family. I can whole heartedly recommend this company and their services and would definitely be my go to if I were to purchase another home.

  I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. I felt that the broker, Grace, was rude and unresponsive. Our realtor even alerted the owner of First Florida Lending our concerns after 2 closing dates passed and the 3rd closing date was a "dry" closing as the money was not wired in time and our family had to wait an extra day to receive our house keys. I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company. Update: This company had their buyer’s title company contact me to remove my review. They also removed all reviews from their Facebook site (mine included) because their ratings had been lowered to a 3. Please do your research before deciding on a lender.
