  First time opening a bank account. FFCU was recomended by my loan officer. Customer service is great. The lady we spoke with took the time to explain through the process step by step. My waiting time was not long at all. I highly recommend this business. Also phone calls to this bank is great.

  Automatic system dont work just repeats it self every time I push the number and the workers take their time to cash me out.

  The waiting time for customer service is ridiculous at this location. Oh wait, this is the only location here in Gallup. What happened to the Boardman location opening back up in October? Waiting time is even worse now with First American credit union closing it's doors this month. The majority of their customers transferred their accounts to this bank. Please expedite the opening of another branch real soon! Now, I'm late for work! :)

  Trying to call my local Gallup branch, but all I get is that stupid automated message & then member service can’t even get me a phone number to talk to someone at the Gallup Branch.

  Great service, highly recommend this DMV Express!! Needed help with getting an abandoned vehicle title and they walked me through the process very professional. Took not time at all, UNBELIEVABLE, love it!

  THIS IS THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE TELLERS ARE GOSSIPING ABOUT MEMBERS WHO ARE STANDING IN LINE. NEVER WILL I BANK WITH FIRST FINANCIAL CU. I AM HERE TO USE THE SHARED BRANCHING SERVICES, NEVER COMING BACK! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  The loan officer was not polite at all, an inconvenience to her and her time. Our experience with this branch was the worst, no customer service and no one wanted to be helpful .... employees need training ...

  Rate should be zero, I don't know how this place stays open ,nothing but unprofessionally people running the place I waited in line for two whole hours.
