  Of all the Wells Fargo I been to even in other states. This Wells Fargo has the worst customer service. You want to do business with Wells Fargo online or go to Window Rock, Az. Texas has amazing customer service too.

  Manager Garret J. Waltz didnt try to help when teller shorted me $40 he stated camaras are only on customers face not on them counting money. Wow what a shock so teller can steal or give more money to there relatives they know and cheat others and ripped customers off i wonder how many people they ripped off espescially elders. Hmmmm makes me wonder also i think they need to put camaras on the teller counting money. This has never happened to me and i swear on jesus christ that they didnt give me my money $40 and teller balance out correctly i was told. Than i requested the camara and this was what i was told by manager himself that camaras are not on the money only on customers face. Please do something about this and yes i want my $40 back.

  Just to get a replacement card... u gotta sign in and WAIT another 15 mins. When they can do it for u at the counter. Mayb just lazy, dont know how.. no need to wait another 15 to 20.

  I needed a document notarized and they offer this service for free... and I'm not even a customer here. Very friendly staff. Had a guy bring everyone water as we waited.
