Rashaan Pacheco1I came into this branch to open an account and was quickly spoken to by Cindy, the store manager. I thought I'd be getting a warm welcome, but instead she tells me there is no need to wear a mask because of the governor's ease on masks. When I tell her I'd prefer to keep mine on, she laughs at me with a snide and condescending tone and turns to her desk to ignore me. I stood there shocked and staring at her because I immediately start getting upset from not processing what just happened. After I speak with the Teller about what I want to do, she has me sit in the lobby. Cindy then decided to come out and tell me the same thing she just told me earlier as if I hadn't heard her the first time. She says there's no need to wear a mask and that, in fact, the bank requires that masks are not worn. I get so annoyed with this lady because she is treating me like I'm NOT wearing a mask in a global pandemic. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and double mask when I go out because I can still get severely sick from other people. This lady somehow is the manager of an institution and speaking on behalf of the bank made me so upset because I was doing the right thing but she continued to harass me about it as if I was doing something immoral. I wanted to leave this branch as quickly as I could. I only opened this account out of convenience for someone else, I don't need to have it open. Cindy made it very clear that public health is not a priority.

ThatVatoNuevo5As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted by my name even with the mask on and a new appearance Ruth remembered who I am , and Dave answered all the questions I had plus + taught me how to use the mobile banking app on my iPhone! Which is very convenient . I appreciate all of the assistance and knowledge deposited into my memory bank . This really is the best place to handle my money and business affairs. Much love fam .

Bob McDonald5What a great group of people! We needed notary services on October 6, 2021. We are buying a home in Mississippi and had to have our closing documents signed/notarized by end of day and overnighted. The manager and bank staff were friendly, courteous and professional. With their assistance we were able to get this completed and overnighted via FEDEX. FEDEX man was awesome, too.

I opened a new account and was given a loan on my used car after another credit union turned me down after banking with them for more than 6 months.
