  Very courteous, service is awesome, very good service on my debit card when it was being hacked online ..They called me right away and let you know about that. I would recommend this bank to anyone..👍👍👍I don't believe it is wrong of them to have you call ahead to request a large amount to be withdrawn from your account..better safe than sorry now day's

  THIS. BANK. IS. AWFUL. Be sure not to shop at Amazon like the rest of America, because their debit card will place multiple holds, freezing up your money. Of course, when you try to discuss this with them, they will adamantly deny it's their fault. Funny that nobody else I know, or no other bank I use has this problem. Only other customers of your bank. "You'll just need to plan ahead for multiple holds next time, sir." Hopefully you don't need to make a large order, or you have several thousand in your checking account. Get a credit union instead, these guys are the worst.

  I opened a checking account at this bank on 1/30/15 after moving to Huntington. Since that time I have set up an online account. This bank WILL NOT ALLOW ME to have access to my online account without first retrieving a security code via email. The problem is they don't send it right away and by the time I retrieve the security code, it has expired. I asked for the retrieval method to be changed to a phone text message but I was denied this access. I am a disabled senior and I need online access to my account. I called and spoke with a manager and a so called tech support rep. I was told 'we don't know what to do for you' . This banks actions are not only discriminatory but also harassing in nature because I don't have access to my account. I would like to close this account ASAP but I have one outstanding check for $10 to my son who has already deposited it in his account over 5 days ago. If you are thinking of opening an account with this bank, please reread my complaint. I hope you decide to go elsewhere.

  This is to me a 5 Star Bank. The people that work there are top notch. You can’t ask for any better.

  Poor customer service, terrible debit card policies, and inflexibility. Vote with your money and bank elsewhere.
