  It was a pleasure working with Dawn, Rylee, and Sandy to set up a new account. We came in when the lobby was closed and didn’t even think to make an appointment which was admittedly silly considering the current circumstances. They were still so kind and helpful and quickly took care of us. Adam has been very helpful in the loan department as well. Very happy to do business with this local bank!

  BSB is the definition of community banking; truly valuing the customer relationship. Being more than just an account number, I can't think of any other bank where I've had more face to face interactions and know so many of them by first name and their voices over the phone.   I had fast service considering the high demand for refinances during the Covid-19 pandemic and the lowering of interest rates. There was a small lag in getting the ball rolling because of that demand but once we started the process Billy Winter at Bippus state Bank made the process smooth. Once the loan was approved the proceeds we’re delivered quickly. I can’t wait to find the next deal and repeat the process.

  Best customer service for business checking and personal checking. They go above and beyond most banks in assisting customers. North Manchester branch is where I go the majority of the time and the ladies in that branch are very sweet and are very good at their jobs. By far the best bank I have used.
