  I enjoyed working with Gloria Jackson while buying our home. She was available to talk everyday and very helpful in letting us know the next steps and what needed to be done. She was also very open about due dates and how it all worked if we went to long without closing

  Rachel Trowbridge is just awesome!! We had so many questions in the mortgage application and she’s always patient and respond quickly. She did not only help us find the best rate, but also make the process smooth and easy. She’s very reliable and trustworthy. Whenever I have a question, she’s always there!   We had a great experience with John Marbury. We were looking for a low rate with low out costs, and we wanted to do business with an Alabama firm. John was able to beat the best offer we brought him from a national vendor and we closed quickly with little hassle. Great overall experience.

  My husband and I bought our first home in May, and KC was highly recommended to us by our realtor. I am so glad we went with KC and First Federal for our mortgage. KC was extremely helpful, professional, timely, and was always willing to thoroughly answer any question I may have had. As a first time home buyer, this was huge and extremely important to my husband and I that we have someone who would be willing to walk us through every step of the process. KC did just that and more. He truly went above and beyond what we expected from our loan officer, and we are so thankful our realtor recommended him!

  Gloria Jackson at First Federal Mortgage is amazing. We have used her for both of our mortgages. Recently we bought a house and our buyer backed out at the last minute. We were fortunate enough to get another buyer immediately. Gloria did not miss a beat. Use and the buyer wanted to close quickly and Gloria made it happen. I have had many friends who have used other lenders and had problems. I always recommend Gloria especially for anyone using a VA home loan. I would highly recommend Gloria.
