  The lenders professionalism really shines! I will not mention names. She knew our homeowners insurance due date. She knew we were changing carriers. She knew the escrow amounts. She knew we didnt have any money for closing. She was in contact with our prior insurance carrier. She FAILED to realize the loan provider was going to draft homeowner escrow payment 3 days prior to our closing. This resulted in over $1,400 shortage and we now owe our old lender this money NOW or else interest will be charged daily! We are SO DISSAPPOINTED that I would NEVER refer this company to anybody. They did a terrible job. Stay away unless you have money to throw around. Us middle class folk are not like the rich banks. They just want your business. Too bad. Never again nor any my friends or family or coworkers will conduct business with such a slacking institution. We cannot pay this until our old insurance company issues the refund check. By that time we will owe a couple hundred dollars in interest. Thank you so much efirstfederal. Yes this is our lender. Its in my wifes name. Sonia Flores
