FBC Mortgage, LLC Reviews

Alli D1Do not & I repeat DO NOT use FCB bank for mortgages. They use a company called CENLAR that withdraws mortgage payments from your account when you don't authorize them to. I manually made my payments to Cenlar, and they managed to hit my account twice after they received the payment. Then they charged me a NSF fee and don't refund the fee, despite them admitting it was a mistake. In fact they told me to go ask my bank for a refund and say it was an unauthorized payment. FCB takes no responsibilities of their actions. When I complained to FCB and told them that nobody picks up the phone at CENLAR, and their call system is runs in an endless loop, they gave me a service managers number that refuses to pickup or return calls. Try call up Cenlar to get to an operator and you will see for yourself.

John Mazurik5I am astonished there are not many reviews for FBC Mortgage. I have gone through the mortgage process a handful of times, and this time with FBC was by far the smoothest. I had the absolute pleasure of working with three top notch professionals, Sheri Little, Sara Skaggs and Sara Spaulding. They were communicative, quick and reliable every step of the way. We met every milestone in a timely manner and they were quick to update me whenever the loan status changed or they needed anything else from me. I will most definitely refer anybody I know looking for a house to FBC in the future, because they are phenomenal. Thank you FBC for getting me into my second house!
Response from the ownerJohn - thank you so much for your feedback! We are very fortunate to have such a great team in South Carolina. We hope you are enjoying your new home, and thank you for your business!
