  Went in today to open up a new account and had the most wonderful experience. Ms.Avis Miller was so wonderful and helpful and explained everything very clearly. You will be treated like family at this bank, unlike the bigger banks where you feel as though you are just another number. Highly recommend banking here if you are not already :)

  The banker was very pleasant, polite, and courteous even though I was not able to open a savings account. Otherwise the would have got 5 stars. I would recommend this bank and branch to others most definitely. If, in the near future I clear my large balance with another bank, I'd definitely open an account here...

  Suzanne Willis provides superior customer service and the highest form of professionalism. It is so refreshing to experience this type of service. If you remember the movie It's A Wonderful Life with George Baker that should give you a good idea of what to expect! She is also an excellent manger, and I can tell that it is overflows to her employees. Each employee that works at her branch have provided similar service and always with a smile, and they all go above and beyond to help with whatever my banking needs are. Thank you for making a difference!
