  I have been a customer for 15 years at this branch. Having been a local business owner myself, I do business local. Over the years, this has been nothing other than a one sided relationship and a place to deposit my money. Not a friendly place or helpful in any way. Last month, I had a $40,000.00 business deal where I had to wire that amount to this business at a certain day, before a certain time or the contract was void. When I contacted the bank, I was transferred to the Assistant Manager, Ms Levitt and told her what I was doing and at once, she said Please let me handle that for you. I told her that it was very important and time sensitive and it was imperative that it is taken care of and I felt that I should handle this myself to be be sure. Her response was, Sir you have been a long time good customer of of ours and it would be my pleasure to take care of this for you. On the day the funds were due in the firms bank account, it was not there. They extended the contract for an additional 6 hours. Called Ms Levitt and got a voice mail that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back. I called several times with no reply. 24 hours later, the firm that I had a contract with called to tell me the contract was cancelled and to reinstate it would cost $6,000.00 to $8,000.00 more. Still no answer from Ms Levitt. Another day passed from the deadline when I got in touch with Vystar and her reply was you could of had someone else to help you and yes I admit that I dropped the ball. I was so angry, I hung up and after calming down, I sent her an email only to see that she had me blocked. This week, I will withdraw all that I have there and find a professional banking institution that , well is professional. Well I got a response from someone at Vystar wanting me to get in touch with them, no not may we call you please Mr. Hatchell to better understand what happened. How about you go to our support website. You guys are so removed from what real customer service is, that it is sickening. Nothing going to change here, its a typical Good ole Boy run business. You give them your money so they can make you look like a homeless person.

  I have to express with great gratitude for the assistance and help that I received from Jessica Cochran relationship specialist at VyStar credit Union in Fernandina Beach she helped me from the very beginning to the end even with some other paperwork that doesn't even have anything to do with setting up an account with them she done it all in amazing time and help me with every bit of it including VyStar's apps she is the best and VyStar is great thank you so much
