      We had 3 accounts at first federal for over 20 years. ( personal, business, money market) the staff was great,very friendly and new us by name when we came in ,always good service, never had an issue, always willing to help.I moved to Central Oregon and wished I could take FFS&L with me.

      In their eyes, it is now time to build a gaudy looking brand new building that will not fit into the downtown decorum of the architectural work. I'm glad that we left this financial institution.

      Probably the worst bank known to mankind, doesn’t follow protocol and doesn’t even try to help customers with what they need. Very disappointed

      TWO TRANSACTIONS . CALLED THE DAY BEFORE , TO MAKE SURE CHECK HAD CLEARED , COMPUTER BROKE DOWN OR OTHERWISE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . BANK PERSONNEL REFUSED TO SWITCH COMPUTERS . TIGHT TIME-LINE AND WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORT ( COSTING ME MONEY FOR WAIT TIME ) I WAS IN THE BANK 32 MINUTES FOR 1 CHECK AND SOME CASH . NOT FIRST FEDERAL'S BEST DAY ! PLENTY OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT .
