  We needed to refinance our house to pull out some extra money to build a master bedroom and bathroom. From the first application we filled out to the signing of our paperwork to refinance...everything was perfect. Jennifer Crews was great to work with..I highly recommend. Go local.

  I'm from out of town but needed to grab some quick cash to get a hair cut at Stadler right around the corner. I'm a bank of america customer and it was a good three miles to the nearest ATM. So being lazy, I stopped at First Farmers Bank and Trust to grab some quick cash and was charged $3.50 for the transaction. There goes my Starbucks for the day. So take it from this lazy guy, go somewhere else if your not affiliated with this bank and need some quick cash - it will cost you.

  I’m from out of town and I needed change for a $100. I was told no since I don’t bank there. I understand but sometimes it’s just poor customer service...

  Not at all recommended, watch your accounts and privacy here, the gossiping trio will give all your info away to whom ever they please. The least professional bank I have ever encountered

  Why they only have one person work Saturdays is beyond me. It's a mess every Saturday.
