  I love First Entertainment Credit Union! Jorge helped me get an auto loan and it was so easy. He also had good advice for paying my loans and helping me build credit. So happy. (I will say the security guard is super serious about his job, so maybe prepare yourself before walking in. Empty pockets at door, maybe don't bring your laptop unless you need to, etc).

  **Unfortunately I do not recommend this credit union** Reasons: They DO NOT refinance their own loans. They do not go out of their way to help you or make any flexibility in an event of hardship that you may have when it comes to making a payment whether of your on time payment history. My husband regrets ever giving them business.

  BEWARE: Do not trust your money with this bank. They have 0 fraud protection. Try giving them a call and see how long it takes for somone to answer the phone. What sent me away from them is If someone steals 1000$ from your account the only way you will be able to get it back is to fill out a form and wait 5-10 business days for them to review the fraud charge. If you needed that money to pay rent, you could get kicked out of your house by the time the bank regained control of your money.

  Stay away from this credit union! They frequently "make mistakes" and charge fees and if you don't watch them like a hawk you will lose money. You have to call them, at which point they will reverse the charges. It is crazy how bad they are. Their rates are not even that good. Their website is simply awful. Beware!!!!

  Bank=Poor Personal Financial Management First Entertainment Credit Union=Excellent Personal Financial Management. Don't go with the flow. Avoid banks.

  Dont try and call them because you will not and can not speak with a human. Its faster to ride a bike there cuz its LA and theres a lot of traffic yo. On the other hand they did approve me for a 5000 dollar loan so i could join local 44. 3 star.
