Horrible service from Jesse and Elsa I was told I was approved for the amount I needed. Then get another call, because of a personal situation going on (which is why I needed the loan) I explained my story to Elsa and she turned around and flipped my story. Jesse never gave me a chance to explain. Just told me I was denied after I was just told I was approved!!! Good to know how people can be when your in need of help!
