  Rachel was amazing! Very pleasant to work with and excellent customer service skills. She always stayed on top of things and responded super fast - even on nights and weekends! She was always responsive to any questions I had and willing to make the time to go through documents in detail with me. I would absolutely recommend her to friends/family and anyone looking for a more customer-oriented, attentive mortgage process experience (as opposed to just being another number at the big banks!).

  just became a land lord in less than a week ago. All because of the help of Rachel and her amazing team. I had a loan officer who was not helping me to fulfil my dream. Ever though, I have qualify for FHA loan with 3% down payment from my previous loan officer. I when we found a house that I was looking for, I was to come out of over $20.000.00 for closing and down payment. I needed a house and was willing to do anything to come out with that amount. My realtor said abena, I known a load officer that I work with and she can help you pay way less than you are looking at. We reached out to Rachel and within 24 hours of gathering the necessary information. She assured me that, am in a good standing of getting a grant and paying way less than a quarter of what the previous loan officer had suggested. if anyone is willing to buy a house and is in doubt of his or standing about loan and grant.
