First Convenience Bank Reviews

Rose Mar1We rented a car and the merchant released an accidental charge plus $200 deposit..that's $400 on the 3rd. It's now the 15th and they still have a hold on it. That's ridiculous. Second bad issue with this bank. Dont go to this bank. Not Recommend.

Brooke I1This is the 2nd time that this bank has accepted an online deposit on an account that is supposed to be closed. So now I get to go through identity theft issues all over again. When obviously this has to be an inside job. And they just keep me on hold.

Jennifer Pike1If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst bank. Been waiting since Aug for a debt card for my account. Keep getting temporary cards that they shut off with no notice. They ask for your social security number in front of other customers. Very unprofessional bank. I will be looking for a new one.

Juan Ramirez1If could give a zero I would after ten years of banking there I was charged two over drafts at same time. This bank is a scam it use to be a great bank now forget about it. Bank there you might as well throw 500 a month of your check out the window in fees! Rip off , Scam !

Leslie Lathan1Today I called 1st convenience to see if they could sell me change. $100 in ones and $10 in pennies. Over the phone the young lady said that she could sell me the change and that the fee was 10%. I made it clear that I was not an account holder. She assured me that the fee was only 10%. I headed over to the branch to buy the change. Once I was there the manager 6ft, male, caucasian proceeded to tell me that they could not sell me the change. I asked a few questions... Who did I speak to? Why was I given wrong information? I then called the same number back and the answer was completely different. This time the person I spoke with told me that its at the discretion of the manager. Needless to say this is one of the most unhelpful, wastful experiences of the day, week and possibly the month. If I could give zero stars... I would.
