      Customer service is no longer a skill. Really terrible fake customer service here. I have been banking here for a few years and almost went else where due to terrible customer service. This is another time I am very much considering moving my banking else where. I needed to get paper checks and needed face verification. I needed to take off my sunglasses (fine) but was asked to remove my mask. Almost losing my brother to COVID, I made a comment about being able to live with one self if I get sick and die. STILL complying with the request to remove my mask. The teller was soooooo rude, she very loudly stated she could live with herself as long as she didn't lose her job. What kind of human being says that in a customer service position? She should of kept her comment to herself even after I complied with the request. Pure selfishness, cold and insulting comment. Sad.

      It’s a great bank! They offer auto and personal loans when you need to catch up. This location is located inside the grocery store so it’s very nice. All the employees customer service is perfect with the yes sir no sir. Abigail always helps me out quickly!

      Super slow transactions, customer support system sucks, isnt compatible with Cash App, only good thing is theyre hours..besides that...find a different bank and save yourself the frustration...im switching to Chase... a real bank!.....prime example..its 11:11 pm...why cant I login in to view my balance???

      Do not be fooled by these people since the Covid 19 they don't dispute cases nomore and they will give you a hard time about retracting your money back to your account. They have took money out of my account from a dispute months ago and claim that it was authorize by me they don't care at all. When you call for help ypu wait on line for an hour or more. This is the worse dam bank in Arizona and in Texas. Do your self a favor and don't bank with them they need to be out of business for the way they do people and treat people especially during a pandemic. If you do have an account with them please leave for you and your MONEY sake. They are crooks.

      Good Bank BUT PEOPLE HERE ARE TO SLOW @12:16 5/8/20 Friday only one person helping (teller) on a Friday I would expect more than just one person helping out. People got places to go!!!! Don’t come out saying “thanks for your patience will be right with you” And still have one person helping.. 🤦🏼‍♀️

      I got this checking account at Wal-Mart when i was cashing my check. I wanna say the customer service is fantastic. Super helpful. If i loose my wallet. Or i forget my debit card i dont need ID to get money from my account as they have a photo of me right there. They go above and beyond. My banker set up my direct depisit for me on my jobs website. He made banking exactly how i wanted it. I didn't want overdraft charges. He made sure I would not get them. I thought i had covered all bases but when i didn't have direct deposit the bank charged me which over drafted my account and the initial fee was $8 bucks i thought not too bad. I was waiting for my new direct deposit to hit my account and because my account was negative for 11 days they charged me $45 bucks!!!! I was happy with this bank until this point. I can understand the fee if i overdraft my account but when they overdraft my account it pisses me off. My new direct deposit is about to hit my account and I'm having the same problem i tried to go put cash in my account but the ATM doesn't except cash deposit. So I'm stuck with this stupid charge AGAIN. I SAY DONT BANK WITH THEM.

      This is the GREATEST GROUP OF LADIES EVER!!!! I had recently was hospitalized for a serious medical issue. While I was in the hospital I was a victim of fraudulent activities on my account. I was on the verge of being evicted. I was beyond hopeless. Anayz (branch manager) worked tirelessly to assist me in receiving a credit to ensure that I could pay my rent and not face eviction. Every time I come in these ladies are amazing and go above and beyond to assist me. I am difficult to help due to my medical condition because I am very hard to understand and communication is limited but you would never know it. So thank you Anayz, Virginia ,Elizabeth, Kiara,Rayna and Karla you ladies are the reason that I can smile today and many days to come.this is the closest I have felt like being back home in Texas with the heart of these women! God bless you ladies and for their supervisors please give them a raise! ❤️

      (So many of the other reviews are incorrect. It's NOT in food city. It's in Ranch Market. And deposits ONLY TAKE until the next business day to post. My SS check goes in one business day BEFORE everyone else gets paid ex: payday is the 3rd, I get paid on the 2nd. And that's because the bank pays you earlier with Direct deposit.) The bank is located inside Ranch Market. On the south side of the building, but nearest the west entrance. Nearest 16th street. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Only takes maybe 15 minutes to open an account. If you lose your ATM/Debit card they give you a temporary replacement card the same day. Then mail you your permanent card. I've had very few issues. And nothing that was really their fault. They do work hard to resolve any issues. Great bank! I've been very happy with them for over 5 years.
