The staff is helpful, you can't make ATM deposits, you have to do deposits during operating hours, direct deposit is one day earlier than most places, it's a simple bank with many loan options if you're interested in that and offer three types of checking account types. They walk you through the process and are very quick when opening the account. They do have am express lame for people that only need to make a deposit. The line does get long and moves a but slow. Ours a fairly good bank

If I would have known that the line would be wrapped around to the front entrance door every time I needed to come and care of my business I wouldn’t sign up with them. This is even when I’m not going to the bank. What makes it bad is that The Branch Manager or someone should correct it but they don’t. Because their sister bank over inside the Walmart on Eastchase don’t have this problem and that’s where I go if I need to get in and get out. They are more organized and are Fully aware that at the bringing of the month that the bank will be crowded and busy. They HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS OVER THERE. ON EASTCHASE

This particular branch is by far the worst branch of ANY bank period. This branch suffers from the longest and slowest lines/service I've ever had the disappointment of being involved. The ATM machine had been out of order MOST days I'm in Walmart to make a cash withdrawal. I'm then forced to go elsewhere to get the cash I need and hmmm.. pay a fee to the foreign ATM AND... also pay a fee to MY BANK for BEING FORCED TO GO ELSEWHERE. Almost has a SCAM look to the whole ATM usage policy. My advice: Bypass this terribly managed branch and drive 12 miles to the HULEN branch! NEVER A LINE, ATM ALWAYS ready to serve you... come on guys.. if HULEN can do it, why can't you?!

The lines are very long. The ATMs hardly ever work. They fee every chance they can. They stole $94 from me with a bunch of made-up fees This place is a sham and a bunch of crooks they should be closed down. Time to take them to the Justice of the Peace and give them some good old American Justice.

The line here is ALWAYS long! They definitely need more employees for the amount of customers they receive. The bank in Mansfield is wayyyy better; I hate that I moved out here and gotta deal with this all the time.

The lines do be long. I think they can have more workers back there to make it run a bit more smoothly, but, overall I've never had a bad experience with the workers.

Never trust this bank. They will tell you what they think you want to hear. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to verify a check and then be told 4 times "tomorrow" it'll post. Im closing my account as soon as its "available."

I cant say enough bad things about this branch. By far the worst customer service anywhere. And the manager is beyond rude and disrespectful. Don't come here and do not back at the location.
