russell saari1I have had nothing but issues so far with First Community Credit Union from the start of this loan. I would give them a zero if I could. I can't wait until this loan is paid off they will never get an ounce of my business. The website is archaic for such a serious thing and the service is terrible. I called one of the numbers and went to an outsourced company and they had no idea how to answer my question and had to transfer me to the bank anyways. When I did get through finally the employee I was transferred to was rude/angry and could not hear me. I had to call back on 2 phones and basically yell into it while at my desk at work. Overall furious with the service.

Alissa Audry1The worst customer service. Every time I call there which isn't often, it's always a snotty, condescending employee. There are hundreds of banks in the area, the only thing that sets them apart is good customer service, but I guess no one told them that. I've been banking with them for 5 years, and the only thing keeping me there is because I don't want to go through the hassle of changing my direct deposit, and all my auto pays, but I'm done this time. Long story short, don't bank here!

Kristi Karnopp5I have had an account with FirstCCU for a few years now. When I am not sure of an transaction, I get the answers I need. The VISA company FirstCCU uses call me when transactions could be fraudulent or questionable. I love that feature through the bank.

Raven Dunn1This place needs better customer service. I cant wait to refinance in hopes to not have to go here. Says open till 6p so I thought I would have time after work. However the lobby was closed. This is the first time I have gotten off late so I tried going through the drive thru to make a loan payment. Pulling up to the window I got no greeting no smile.... i asked if i could do a payment for loan she said no there not able to do it. I said oh ok you guys should put it on the site.... she rolled her eyes at me. Shanelle is by far the worst here. If you guys want great customer service you should call me after letting her go!

Joseph Martin1I had a broken leg and was on crutches with snow and ice on the ground back in March. I pulled up to the drive up window for a transaction (I belong to two credit unions which I can do transactions for both at First Community). That time I was doing business for the out of town one and the person at the window argued with me about having to come inside to do the transactions with the snow and ice with no reguard for my personal safety. When you do go inside no one knows you! They are all to busy talking among themselves to even acknowledge you by saying hello! My wife uses ONB in Janesville and I go in once in a while for her. They always address you and make you feel welcome. Once my loan is paid off I'll be closing my account and looking for a bank that has true customer service.
