      I have been with Advia many many years, I was with them before the name change. This past year it feels like there are tons of glitches. The ap glitches a lot too. I have only ever raved about how great advia is until this past year. I use the ap a lot since I live a hour from the nearest branch. At one point they even had the check depositing part of the ap off. You couldn't use it. Tech people, do better! The staff in general are always so kind. I will say that! It's only 3 stars because of how awful it is to use the ap. It's almost forcing people who don't have a branch near by to go elsewhere.

      I’ve been banking BHCCU for 7-8 years they have not in any capacity tried to help me get my debt under control help me get any type of loan at all leaving hang even after saying I have $5000 what kind of car load can I get I was still denied by them. Advia in one phone call help reduce the car loans I have and offered me a CC to help build on the existing credit I had built on my own. I am an Advia man now and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

      Advia has been a good choice for the most part so far. My wife and I changed to Advia about 6 months ago. All bank accounts, sons savings account and car loans. Only thing is, it would be nice if the app was a little more intuitive. All in all, not a bad credit union. 👍

      Worst credit union would NOT RECOMMEND. They are taking out $55 a month for something i was never even spoken to about and it was never even brought up. Would not choose this place unless you like getting ripped off and hundreds of dollars taken from you for something that should have been mentioned while sighning up. We have 4 loans through them and will be probably taking our buisness else where.

      If I had the choice to pick NO STARS I would have selected that. This credit union is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Their customer service is terrible. Their fees are outrageous and they are stuck up and snobby! The only reason I went to Advia Credit Union is because I was transferred over from Mid America. I stopped using that account and had no transactions for a year. My son ordered something on Xbox and selected the wrong card for payment and they covered it even after I opted out of them doing so if it made me go negative $2.00. Their FEE made me go MORE negative and did not notify me until a YEAR LATER!! Not until it was charged off and they reported me. Worst part is I had 5.00 left in savings that would have covered the 2.00 that I went negative and they could have waived the fee as a courtesy. Or they could have gone by the paperwork that showed that I opted out of them covering anything and not done so!! Instead of screwing me over and reporting me to chex systems over something that was THEIR FAULT!! I went to go pay it off over the phone since they wouldn't/couldn't waive the fee and they wanted to charge me 15.00 freaking dollars to pay for that! I ABSOLUTELY HATE, HATE, HATE THIS CREDIT UNION!!!! HATE!!!!!

      Enjoyed banking experience before Mid America was taken over by Advia. First week received an overdraft when balance never went into negative, opened two accounts in my name without notifying me, mobile banking so limited it's nearly useless.

      I think its ridiculous that I was charged overdraft fees even though my check is directly deposited on the same day I had automatic withdrawals taken out do I was charged 70.00. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. Trying to make money off people any chance possible!!!!!!!!

      I would NOT recommend opening an account with this institution. Less than please since business has changed hands. I definitely preferred First American Credit Union over this place. Especially when they are unwilling to provide their customers with basic service. I even went so far as to speak with the manager Jackie.

      Advia has been GREAT I have switched my Auto, home and motorcycle loans to them and they rock !!!! Also the mobile app is GREAT I use that while sitting in front of my computer its sooooo EASY!!! I couldn't ask for friendlier customer service when I go in they know me and are always accommodating.
