This is the best credit union ever I stepped foot into.Always smiling always greeting you, and making you feel welcomed not like other places,not to mention their rates are awesome and always willing to work with you!   Been with First community since high school, had multiple loans for vehicles through them and they're always very quick and helpful! Location is super convenient and not too busy.

  Worst bank ever! I applied for a personal loan and not once did they ever call me to give me any updates, I had to call them! What kind of customer service is that. Then turns out they needed more documents which delayed our process because they NEVER called or email to inform me they needed those documents!! Poor service! Don’t recommend at all.

  Do not ever finance a car with them, i had a car loan for 4 years and never missed a payment. When I went to trade in the vehicle the wrong payoff amount was given to my new finance company. First Community is now hounding me for the remaining balance when it is their fault, they didn't even apologize for the huge mistake and inconvenience.

  A convenient and efficient location. The good thin they are open till 7pm. I liked their professional manners. And they send me my statement by mail regularly. Just very up to date.   Great customer service at this location. Ask for Mira or Denise when you go in, they are both extremely helpful in anything you ask from them.
