  Website needs serious maintenance. I can't even log in to my mothers account to help her check her finances. Prompts you to a screen to send you a code it takes forever to receive a code. You are not even allow to input your email and reset your password using your email. I wish that they could fix the website. Chase and IBC are ahead of the game. Their websites are easy to maneuver easy to access.

  10 reviews 2 minutes ago Its phone app is just about the lousiest I’ve ever used. It stops working when you need it the most to check on a transaction. As soon as I finish all my payment arrangements, I’m changing banks. This bank has stopped being reliable.

  I’m worth $7 to them. DONT BANK W/FIRST COMMUNITY BANK. I stepped in to cash a check (I’m not a customer), and they charged me $7 to cash the check I had in my hands, because I’m not a customer. I have to clarify that it was NOT a business check. When I asked why; Noel Sandford, the teller supervisor, said he didn’t know why they were charging a fee, but since other banks were charging, they adopted the fee as well. As you can tell, this is a white collar crime. I will never be a First Community Bank account holder nor I would recommend this bank for others. If your reading this and you are an account holder here, please ACCEPT this as truth and reconsider your banking needs.

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry for the response that you received and agree that there were not clear details provided on why the fee is in place. Efforts will be made to cover that with all of our staff. The fee in question is charged to non-customers and helps to cover just a small portion of the expenses that banks have to keep money on hand at our locations. There are many fees that we pay for keeping cash on hand, for example we pay to have the cash delivered to our banking centers by armored car vendors, and there are expenses to pay our cash handlers (tellers), and lost income on held cash because interest cannot be collected on cash we keep on hand. We hope that better describes the fee you were charged.

  I just finished a commercial loan transaction with Kyle Orgera. Kyle was wonderful in making the transaction process smooth. He went above & beyond to answer calls even on vacation & when he wasn't feeling well. Thanks for a great job Kyle. Now our company will go to work to help the new owner make money in their apartments.

  I do my banking at the Raymondville branch. I've been to this location on Sunshine Strip 3 times and VERY rude service. I dont know where they were taught their customer service skills.

  Very Professional and Friendly. I use all their branches and the Drive-Thru service is so much quicker than that of other banks.

  Wow! You talk about a miserable place to make business... Right off the bat, the cashier tells me that there will be a 5 dollar fee to cash a check made to me from that institution! Talk about money greed! I would never take my money there.
