  I've worked with Kevin on a few projects now, ranging from simple to somewhat involved. I'm pretty sure Kevin does far more for his clients than he lets on, but from what I can see he's never even broken a sweat. One of the sharpest humans I know, with a great sense of humor to keep things from getting *too* serious. If you need someone who gets it done and keeps it as smooth as possible along the way, Kevin is 💯 your dude.

  If ever there was a guy that would do anything in his power to get you financed Kevin Bouck is that guy!! Amid the crazy skyrocketing housing prices Kevin was able to help secure the best loan and rates over anyone else I considered. We even had a little bit of time where things were really challenging, but Kevin helped find ways to make the dream of homeownership a reality. Not only would I give a 5 star rating, I'll recommend him any chance I can! Thanks Kevin!!
