  Michael Caputo and his team led me through my first mortgage experience without a hitch. At $50K it had to have been one of the smallest mortgages he's ever handled but it didn't make one bit of difference. He and his team were very communicative and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. I wouldn't think twice about doing business with him again.

  My husband and I have used the Caputo Team for two mortgages. They are hands down above the rest. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but they take that away. They are organized, timely, professional, and friendly. They give you confidence that everything will go smoothly and that they will finish by your closing date. For our second mortgage, we asked for a much shorter timeline and had a lot of things pop up. They handled anything and everything and made us feel confident and secure.   From the start of our home buying process all the way to the end, Michael, Leigh Anne, & Candace surpassed all of our expectations and was always one step. When we had to extend our rate lock due to our closing being pushed out by the builder, Michael was able to secure us a no cost extension and a lower rate saving is thousands!!   Michael volunteered to do a professional development session on tips and tricks of buying a home for a group of young professionals working in higher education. Michael covered everything from the home buying process, budgeting tips to hidden expenses and loan qualifications. Michael explained things in such simple terms that at the end of the presentation everyone felt comfortable and confident with the planning process of purchasing a new home. You can tell by Michael's interaction with others he truly cares about his clients and genuinely wants to do what is best for them. It is evident in his conversations with others that Michael enjoys what he does and thrives in helping others better understand the process and their journey of finding a home. His quote, "You should not feel pressured to do anything. Pressure is great for diamonds but awful for home buying" is just one of the many great takeaways my team learned from working with Michael.
