  Not a great experience dealing with this company. We had concerns from the start. After going elsewhere they hit us with a $250 cancelation fee, before our loan was even submitted. Feels scummy to me. Happy we did not keep our business with them.

  Dan and his team were great to work with during the refinancing of our home. They took the time to understand our situation and goals then found the best product for our needs.   First Class Mortgage has handled 2 of my mortgages and 1 refinance. They have my complete and utter loyalty. Dan Van Winkle and his team are absolute professionals. Dan has provided me with the best rates and always has answers regarding my concerns. He will answer the phone or call you back promptly. Even if you have loyalties with a specific bank you should give First Class the opportunity to work for you. You will not be disappointed!

The Team of Dan, Troy and Kim took care of all our needs, lender needs, insurance needs and Sellers needs to make the closing a very smooth and easy process.   I highly recommend First Class Mortgage. Buying a home is a big decision and having a company that knows what they are doing makes a huge difference.   This was our 3rd time working with Dan and the team at First Class. They do all the leg work for you and walk you through the process as it can be pretty intimidating purchasing a home. Dan is honest, helpful and very understanding throughout the process. Dan and his team are very prompt and courteous and it has been a joy to have them work with us.
