  This company is not what it once was. Customer service has tanked and it seems like management just doesn't care. Issues that should be quickly resolved (credit disputes, overpayments, paying off loans in advance) require multiple phone calls or showing up in person (fun stuff in a covid environment) just to be resolved. 24/7 support is also unavailable meaning your emergency has to wait until the next day. While it seems if you post a poor review someone from marketing will reach out to help rectify the situation, it's unfortunate that it even has to get to that point. I've closed out my account and opened one with Pawtucket. I've heard good things about Navigant as well. TL:DR: They're fine until there's a

  one of the worst you always have to wait !!! whether you go in or use the ATM ! you can go to the 3 closest ones and they are always full ! and not for good bank ! people like me who opened account and we don't know about the bad service.

  Completely regret opening up an autoloan with them. I'm one month into it and I've had to spend entirely too much time sorting out phone app, linking accounts, autopay, locating account information, transferring funds, hold times for service are insane, and everything you do requires a charge...also, lack of branches. I can't wait to pay this off and be done with them entirely.

  Its your typical bank. Nothing special. They try to charge fees for everything. I picked this bank for my solar panel loan and I didn't realize they would charge $5 per loan payment until my first payment because I refused to use their bank account. They allow you to sign up for auto payments, but they don't have an electronic option to sign up for this feature. I don't understand how I can cash a check through my phone at my current bank and this bank still requires written documents to sign up for auto payment. This is 2018. This type of thing was available in 2010 at most banks. Seriously? Get with the times.

  This has to be the worse credit union ever. I had to wait in line over an hour...just to get to them for it to be broken. The other one was broken as well. Open up inside already. This is ridiculous.

  The new bank is amazing there workers are friendly and the ATMs on the outside drive Thur talk to u. It's crazy I luv this bank and have been wit them for years

  Called in to talk about setting up a trust...I was told the Manager would call me back. Never did.
